ReplyDeleteMy husband found the link to your blog somewhere and your home is *gorgeous*. If we could buy this now, we probably would. I understand that you're probably hoping to sell ASAP, but I was hoping you could give us a little bit of perspective on the Asheville area. We currently live in Chicago and are looking to get out of the city in the next year or two (or three) and are considering Asheville as one of our prosective move-to cities. Would you mind if I emailed (or commented, whichever's easier for you) with some questions?

the best way to reach me is through our craigslist ad, which for some reason won't copy and paste. But you will see it on the asheville craigslist serch for West Asheville when you get to the homes section. But, yes feel free to ask away. And yes we hope to be selling within the next few weeks.
ReplyDeleteI am your neighbor on 29 Hi Alta and walk my golden retriever (kind of) by your house frequently. I LOVE your house and LOVE Central Ave. As you mention, it is close to all the hip happening things of W.Asheville, but tucked away on a very quiet lovely street. Good luck. Your house is just beautiful.
